Transforming Missouri and Illinois outdoor spaces.
Missouri and Illinois offer beautiful weather from mid-spring to early fall. As such, you want to make the most of it. ULTIMA decks are designed to bring the indoors out and give you the perfect backyard spot for outdoor living.
Benefits of Installing a Deck
The biggest benefit of adding a deck to your home is obvious: you get a great spot to enjoy the outdoors. But a deck brings more to your home than a place to relax; there are some pretty big benefits to this addition.
A New Look
With a deck, your home will look transformed. We offer decks in a variety of colors and finishes, making it easy to turn it into a statement piece that compliments the overall design of your home.
Decks are relatively affordable additions to your home, and the return on investment is usually sizeable. Homebuyers want outdoor spaces where they can grill and relax, so having a deck makes your home more valuable.
More Living Space
While it doesn’t increase your interior, decks provide additional square footage for all your outdoor living needs. And since they make use of otherwise unusable space in many cases, they add function as well.

Types of Decks We Offer
While we can repair and maintain any type of deck, we specifically craft new decks in two materials: cedar and composite.
Cedar is a natural wood that is resistant to rot, decay, and insects while also having low moisture absorption. As a result, decks built with this wood are highly durable. Most cedar decks will last for 20 years or more, depending on how well they are maintained.
Composite decks are made from a variety of materials that are pressed together to form planks that mimic the look of wood. Unlike most natural woods, it does not rot or decay, and insects aren't interested in munching down on it. It also resists splintering, and as such, can last several decades with proper care.
